Alittle about our coffee
At 1800-2000 meters above sea level, Nyeri Hill Farm is at the right atlitude for coffee to grow well. Coupled up with the Volcanic loam soil of the area, the conditions become perfect for coffee growth.
Out of the 1,124 Hectares of the entire farm, 334 Hectraes are under coffee. We grow 2 types of the much sorted after Arabica Coffee namely:
- Scottish Laboratory 28 (82%),
- Ruiru 11 (14%), Batian (4%)
At Nyeri Hill Farm, we produce over 400 tonnes of premium coffee every year. We sell the coffee through different channels, including the coffee exchange and private buyers.
From Farm to Cup
In our efforts to focus value addition to our products, we roast and package our own coffee and sell it.
Our coffee is grown, processed, milled, roasted and packaged at the farm. This ensures that the quality is maintained and the consumer enjoys the freshness of the farm right at the comfort of their home.
